THE LOFTHOUSE
Grid Developments

A fusion of Urban Fabric Developments (Founder and Architect George Popper) and Aykler Developments (a Developer/ Builder with three generations of history), Grid is known for seeing the potential where others don’t. Their specialty? Carving beautiful residences out of overlooked urban spaces in great Toronto neighbourhoods.

Grid’s vision is one of sensitive integration with the community. With every project they undertake, they consult neighbourhood residents – and really listen to what they have to say. Every effort is made to create something that everyone will love.

When Grid is involved, the final product complements the buildings around it, drawing inspiration from the street and leveraging colours and architectural elements that elevate the streetscape.

Recent projects include Sunday School Lofts, East Village in Leslieville, Leslieville Loft Houses and Abode Lofts.
